Te Kaiārahi

Means to Mentor.

Mission

Our Mission/Kaupapa is to inspire people to reach their full potential through an holistic approach to mentoring based on Te Ao Māori principals and by reconnecting back to Te Taiao/Nature.

Our Reason Why

Many young people today struggle with a lack of fulfillment, direction, and connection in their lives. Our programs empower them to rediscover their passions and purpose by reconnecting with Taiao/Nature and embracing Te Āo Māori principles. Our approach helps them navigate their own way to an abundant more meaningful life.

Te Ao Māori

Te Ao Māori is a holistic Māori world view that recognises the interconnections of all things, both living and non-living.

Our motivational mentoring programs are deeply rooted in these principles, offering a unique and transformative experience. By disconnecting from the distractions of daily life and reconnecting with nature, our rangatahi can reset, recalibrate, and rejuvenate their Hinengaro (Mind), Tinana (Body) and Wairua (Soul).

Our Values

“He aha te mea nui o te ao? He tangata, he tangata, he tangata!”
“What is the greatest thing in the world? It is people, it is people, it is people!”

Manakitanga

Generosity and support for each other.

Whanaungatanga
